Where we come from is so important in families. Our lives are created from people in our history. Do we have a good sense of where we come from, who are elders are, how they got here and therefore how I got here.
When families do not work or not as well as the family would like, it is likely due to a lack of connection and communication. Reflecting Back is a way to connect with the past, maintain communication in the present, and create a great family by building a transformative future.
Now I am interested on how I can contribute my time and energy in causing families to work well and for families to be in communication.
